A Life in Chapters

I have never seen life as a straight line. It feels more like a series of chapters that ask different things of us. Some chapters have been fast paced and full of momentum. Others have been slower, more reflective, and filled with questions about who I am and what matters most.

Each chapter has taught me something important about courage, clarity, balance, and listening to the quiet inner voice that says something needs to change.

My interest in coaching grew naturally from these experiences. It came from a lifelong fascination with people and from the belief that change becomes easier when you have someone beside you who can help you think clearly and calmly.

BEFORE COACHING

Before coaching I spent many years leading people, navigating complex change, and supporting others through pressure, uncertainty, and transition. I saw first hand how often people carry the weight of responsibility, expectation, and self doubt. I also saw how powerful it can be when someone feels genuinely heard and supported, even for a short time.

Alongside my professional life I was also working through my own questions about purpose, identity, confidence, and balance. Those personal experiences shaped the way I coach today. I understand what it feels like to be busy on the outside while feeling unsettled on the inside. I understand what it feels like to have everything look fine while something still feels unclear or out of place.

Coaching became the bridge between the life I had and the life I wanted to create. Now it is the way I help others create space, clarity, and change in their own lives.

MY Approach

My coaching style is calm, grounded, and intuitive. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you see your situation from new angles. I offer both support and honest challenge. I keep things simple and help you focus on what truly matters.

Coaching with me is never about giving advice or telling you what to do. It is about helping you understand yourself better so you can move forward with confidence and purpose. The people I work with often tell me they feel more grounded, more able to think clearly, and more capable of making decisions that align with what they really want.

Clients describe my approach as
• calm and steady
• compassionate and human
• practical and clear
• gently challenging
• intuitive and grounded

WHat I Value

I believe in living with intention. I believe in creating space to breathe, reflect, and make choices that feel right. I believe that clarity is often found in the quiet moments when we pause long enough to listen. I care deeply about helping people reclaim that space for themselves.

Family, health, freedom, connection, and purpose all matter deeply to me. These values shape how I live and how I coach. They keep me aligned with the type of work I want to do and the type of life I want to create

OUtside the coaching Space.

Outside of coaching, I’m someone who likes to keep life simple and centred around the things that make me feel good. I’m happiest when I’m moving, whether that’s long walks with the dogs, reformer Pilates, the gym or a run if I’m in the mood for it.

My mornings are slow and intentional. I start with a cup of tea, journalling, a bit of meditation and getting outside before the day starts properly.

I love spending time with family and friends and I enjoy both the comfort of familiar routines and the fun of discovering new places. I’m naturally curious and I like learning, whether that’s through travel, new experiences or paying attention to what’s shifting in my own life.

These everyday habits of movement, routine and time with the people I care about keep me steady and remind me what actually matters.
